Liliana's First Dance...

Liliana has been practicing for weeks. They even added practices during lunch hour! She was so excited for us to see her dance. Marc was able to see her perform in the morning which is when I video recorded her. Papa was able to go later that evening. She did a great job. Remembered all her moves and stayed with her partner every step!

Exercising...

This morning, I had a couple workout buddies! Silly kids!

Fun In The Sun...

Today is an example of why we live in sunny AZ. It's only the beginning of March and it's perfect park day weather!

Good Bye Safari...

We finally bought ourselves a 12 passenger van. Since Marc is commuting to work pretty far these days, we decided to sell my old van and start looking for a commuter car. I listed my 2003 GMC Safari on Craigslist and sold it in 6 days! Although most people would be excited to have a new car and say good bye to their old one, I'm going to miss my old van. I had this van since 2005! She took us on so many vacations and gave us so many fun memories! I am very excited to have my new van though! It's got the extra space I was lacking in my old van.

Peekaboo...

Today, Maia used her hands to cover her eyes and play peekaboo!  She also makes sounds that sound a lot like "boo".  This little girl doesn't want to stay little for much longer!

Smart Baby...

Today Maia used a toy as a step stool to get up onto the couch but then laid on her belly and scooted off feet first the correct way! No one showed her. She just figured it out on her own! Smart little baby!

Mommy/Daughter Date...

Marc and I have decided that each weekend we will take 1 child out with us to do something away from the others.  Marc's new work schedule leaves him very little time during the week to see the kids.  So this gives him time with the majority and then other times extra time with them individually.  This weekend was my turn to take one of the kids out.  Rosalia was up in the rotation and all she talked about doing was seeing a movie.  Before heading out she insisted on wearing a pretty dress, having her nails painted, and taking a picture.
Once we did all that we headed to a local theater that was playing Monsters Inc in 3D.  Rosalia has seen the movie a few times but that never stops her from wanting to see it again.  She enjoyed a big bag of popcorn, an icee, and a box of raisinets.  She smiled the entire afternoon while out.  It's always fun to be with the kids by themselves.  They behave and act totally different than when around their siblings.
