Birthday Surprise...

Ears are pierced!  She did surprisingly well.  She isn't out toughest kid when it comes to pain.  I think the excitement that she finally got her ears pierced distracted her from the pain.  She's been begging for pierced ears for years!

Who's Taller...

Garrison is still slightly taller but Rosalia is getting closer and closer each day.  It's crazy he is two years OLDER than her!

Curious George Spends The Week...

Rosalia's preschool does this thing where each child brings Curious George, his backpack, book, and scrapbook binder home for the week.  At the end of the week, the family has to scrapbook a page of their adventures together.  Rosalia had a blast having him home with her.

Happy Early Birthday Ava...

Today, we celebrated Garrison's birthday a little late and Ava's birthday a little early.  Today, was the best day for the family to come up and visit and celebrate Ava and Garrison... so celebrate we did.

Off To Preschool...

With a very excited Rosalia we were headed to preschool.  It's a little ways away (30 minute drive).  I lost count of how many times she said "are we there yet".  Maia insisted she pack her lunch but handled leaving Rosalia at school just fine.  She enjoys time by herself.  She doesn't get it very often.  Rosalia was excited to spend extra time at school for lunch bunch.  2 days a week she will enjoy lunch bunch while I get Garrison off his half day kinder bus.

Potty Training = Bug Messes...

For some reason, potty training to Maia means changing outfits multiple times a day and taking all her clothing out of her dresser.

I Think Someone Rigged My Fortune Cookie...

We all know by now, this house is far from my dream home but none the less it's a home.  A home we bought with our own money, have started to renovate ourselves, and will make how we want it.  My daily struggles with this house are more about how to function when my things aren't where they should be because they can't until the renovations are complete.  But I know there are worse situations in the world and to be thankful for all we have and I am!

Beat The Parents...

A very fun game but these kids can NOT beat these parents!
