The Many Faces Of Maia...

At different ages, the kids all look like each other.  At this moment, Maia looks the most like Liliana did when she was this age.  Although, she definitely has Dillon's eyes and Ava's nose!  She's a perfect little mix of the older 3 kids!  It's funny how people see the rest of her siblings and always feel the need to say how she doesn't look like the rest of them!  If only they saw Liliana at this age!  Maybe I should start carrying around a picture of Liliana at this age!?!

Mamma Mia...

Christmas Presents this year included tickets to see Mamma Mia at ASU Gammage Theater.  Our seats were great and the show was fantastic.  We will have to keep our eyes out for future shows coming to this theater.

Garrison's 5 Year Pics...

Garrison received the cutest Disney Planes pilot shirt and hat for Christmas from Papa Simpson.  It got me thinking, wouldn't it be cute to take some pictures of him and edit them to look old.  Garrison was all for it so off we went to "experiment".  These are the only photos I took and I think they turned out pretty darn cute.  I have plans to take Garrison dressed in this same outfit to see the planes in Mesa in hopes of getting some photos of him near some planes and if I get any good shots I will post them in the near future. 

Hunting With The Boys...

 

For Christmas, I received a shotgun.  I had only shot Marc's larger gauge shotgun 2 times before carrying my new gun out to the desert for our first hunt together.  To celebrate a New Year, Marc, Jarrod, Jarrod's girlfriend, and myself went out hunting.  Marc had me test shoot my gun twice before the doves came out for the evening.  3 doves flew over my head, I aimed, shot, and guess what... I got my first dove with my very first shot!  Sadly, I didn't get anymore dove, since I spent most of my time looking for the dove pictured above!  There's always next time.  Marc and Jarrod each got 2 doves, so when we got home we pan seared them up and were shocked at how tasty they were.  Like baby filet mignons!
